Hi,

As the title says, my GTX770 (flashed macvidcards) will not detect my screen connected to the Display Port output unless I also plug another screen on the HDMI.
Plugging a screen on HDMI as main screen works fine.
It seems the HDMI output is the primary output whereas the DP one is secondary.

I am using an Apple Cinema display on the display port (Display port adapter to mini DP)

Is there any setup that can be done on the Mac side?
I am using a MacPro 5.1 running Catalina.

Can OpenCore help for this matter?

First, you should ask MVC for solution. I heard about a very poor support, but try it anyway.

You can try the pc-rom for your card (will loose bootscreen), but be warned: only if you can write the MVC-rom again.

I guess the Cinema Displays are problematic, because Apple didn't use the common specs of displayport.

I had the same configuration and I was not able to fix it using OpenCore. There may be a way to use SMBIOS spoofing (to make the OS recognize your computer as a nMP 6,1) to get it to work as expected but I was not able to figure it out. As far as I've read this problem is not related to the MVC flashing. All Kepler architecture video cards with DisplayPort output are broken from MacOS version 10.15 and up.

You may try RefindPlus.
