I have been rather vocal, about customer service with mvc USA.
well the hits just keep on coming, today I received my Vega card from them, installed the card, ran benchmarks, card was a bit warm,
Noticed about half the screws missing ! That’s a new twist, this is my 4th mvc , never saw half the screws missing before...
Digging deeper noticed the led was not lit, ok let’s look at thermal paste,
Dry as chalk, and noticed the the whole led header ripped off the board..board appeared to have been burnt , it runs ok, but that sure looks like burn marks to me, even after defluxing still appears to be burnt .
Glad I looked inside...
I suppose I should not be surprised, to lazy to answer email or communicate, leads to well a picture is worth a thousand words.
I highly suggest not using macvideocards USA!
This is very poor work, and the card cost $450! It was not cheep..
I will be water cooling this card, and am glad EK sent me all new screws to go with the water block, or I would be
Out of luck here, also glad, I have the ability to fix a ripped off led header, provided it has power...I should not need test gear, and solder stations the first day with a $450 card!
buyer beware! It is what it is!

Kinda needed the led header, as the water block has leds, sure would like to talk to this guy, man to man!
