Magellan RoadMate US not saving the POI settings

Has anyone else had a problem with the Magellan RoadMate 2010 USA app not saving your POI settings (Menu -> Settings -> Map -> POI on Map)?

An example, the default has Coffee, Gas and Restaurants checked. But if you change them, quit the app and relaunch it later it goes back to the default POI's. It's rather annoying since I don't like any POI's on, especially every gas station, fast food and Starbucks.

Unfortunately, I'm relying on posting my question here since Magellan's support website is utterly useless.

Interesting enough, I've tried to change it, and you were right it goes back to default settings.

I think Maggie, can answer your question. We also have a discussion about the app here but can't find anything about how ti fix POI on maps.
