"pass-through USB charging" so it no longer uses the special port at the back? Is it bluetooth? Interesting (if over priced) design but not clear how it actually works in person. Starting to regret getting a used, older Brydge when the new trackpad models came out. I was a mouse skeptic but it looks like Apple is really embracing this...

yes, it has both (either powered by the ipad or charging the ipad if plugged in), and no, it's not bluetooth
