Magic Mouse Buying Guide

Hi,

Since there is no accessories buying guide, I wanted your opinion on a new version of the Magic Mouse. I have a v.1 that I bought when it came out. It starting to be tired. The rails are almost completely wear out, there's aluminum paper on the battery contact and the aluminum on the side is all cracked. I was thinking about buying a new one, but was wondering if you think a new version is going to come in the next 6 months?

Nobody - absolutely nobody - can tell you if there's a new one due in the next X months.

For something as fundamental as a mouse, why not just bite the bullet and make the improvement to your life?

If the $80 is too much, buy an unwanted one "second-hand". There's always loads of them.
