Magic mouse freezes

Hi everyone, once in a while while working on Logic Pro my magic mouse freezes and the computer screen displays a message saying "Connection Lost"..is this a bug with the magic Mouse or is it something else? I'm new to both Imac and this has happen like 3 times already, I'm really worry, is this normal?
