Magic mouse stalling on first move

Hey guys, anyone else having issues with their magic mouse? Mine will take a second to register movement and then suddenly snap to the position on the screen. Now after that movement is perfectly fine, it's just after I wait 10 seconds or so without touching it, it seems like it goes to "sleep" and then when i move the mouse suddenly it takes a second for it to wake back up and it'll get back into the swing of things.

Anyone know of any possible fix?

It's happening to me too, and it's driving me crazy.

So somehow this seems to have fixed itself for me.. Not sure if that's a good thing or not..
