Thinking of buying a Magic Trackpad 2. I see that this thing has been out for a few years. Should I buy now or do you think it might get updated soon?

I just bought one 3 wks ago. It's amazing. I can't think of anything an update could improve.

My friend loaned me one to work with on my 2009 Mac Pro, which has notoriously poor BT. Worked like a champ, and just the thing for editing audio and video.

I was able to fix the BT thing, and returned it to him.

Magic Trackpad 2 works great for most things. I still prefer a mouse for gaming though. Also, keep your eye out for a sale for the Magic Trackpad 2. I purchased mine from Amazon when they were on sale and saved a bunch from the Apple price.

I just bought one last week to use with an iMac. I'd be surprised if it was updated soon, but it's always possible. Not sure what would be improved. I think it's still discounted on amazon.com if you wanted to get one now.
