Just received my new M4 iMac. At the time of order you couldn’t select both the trackpad and mouse as you could on all previous versions. Apple doesn’t sell color matching accessories.
Several of us received info from Apple saying we would have to contact support after we received the computer and they could get us one. I have tried this several times and keep being denied. Has anyone had any luck yet doing this and if you did how or who did you contact? I have been through sales, support, MAC support, post-purchase support and many supervisors.
