Magnet App Query

I've been using bettersnaptool for years but since buying a new M1 Mac it interferes with the automation in Logic Pro X and so I keep having to disable it, but then it's a pain if I want to have more than one window open when using logic therefore have been looking at an alternative.

I've seen Magnet which gets good reviews, but does it work the same as bettersnap in terms of snapping to screen, half screen and quarter screen by simple dragging the window to the top, side or corner of the screen respectively?

Are there any compatibility issues with OS Monterey and/or M1 Macs?

Yes, it works the same. No, I haven't encountered any issues with Monterey or my M1 Air.

I use it, yes it works and I love the keyboard shortcuts for window snap, maximise, etc.

Use it here constantly, no issues with Monterey or my M1 MBA, on the laptop display and on external displays.
