Had the opportunity to play with the Magic Keyboard the other day. It's overkill for me, but it got me thinking that it would be nice to have a desktop stand that the 2018/2020 IPP (and the 3rd gen Air) could stick to magnetically--like they do with the Magic KB and official Apple covers.

It would be even cooler if it could incorporate a USB-C port and smart connector to charge the iPad like the Magic KB. I had the Logitech Base accessory for my previous iPad Pro and it was nice not having to connect a cable all the time to charge it. But even just a stand would be nifty.

I've had a pretty thorough look through Amazon and haven't yet seen anything like this, but thought I'd post here and see if anyone else has. Not sure if it just being a ferrous metal would be enough or if it actually needs to have magnets to achieve the high strength Apple achieves with their covers/Magic KB.

I found this on kickstarter: Magic Dock but sadly it has been shutdown since early this year.
