Magsafe 3 light changes from steady green to amber then back to steady green on every bootup/shutdown/restart.

My theory as to why, is that Apple Silicon Macs reset the SMC on every reboot. That behavior is very similar to what a manual SMC reset would do on Intel.

I could be wrong about why but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ yeah, it's normal.
