MagSafe battery doesn’t charge after iOS 18 update

After updating to ios 18, I realise that my magsafe battery doesn’t work anymore on my iPhone 15. I could charge it, and it would charge the phone before that. Also on its own, using lightning connector, it charges up just fine.

is there a possible setting that I am missing?

I have tested and can confirm the MagSafe battery pack is behaving normally with my 15 Pro. It can charge the phone and be charged by the phone.
