From looking at its specs it doesn’t have a waterproof rating so it’s not, I would avoid getting it wet and then especially using it whilst it’s wet.

Thanks for the reply. Of course I’m not talking about submerging it into water but like few drops/splashes of water? I mean the charger is not in direct contact with the iPhone’s internal components ..or maybe the water can in fact damage the charger but entering it?
 
It potentially could, I wouldn’t risk using a wet MagSafe adapter with an iPhone.

If you see it’s wet dry it and then use it.
