I've had my MacBook for about a week and already the magsafe connection won't work. It did at first but now I have to press it in really hard and it will only stay if it isn't touched at all. Anyone have this issue or an idea on whats wrong?

Doesn't make any difference, you acn still see if that has become demagnetied by putting paper clips near it.Preacher85 said:The magnet for the MagSafe isn't in the connector though, it is actually in the MBP where the connector goes to.

the computer fell spectacularly to the floor, hitting a chair as it did so.
now it doesnt boot (but powers up), the plug is all F'd up, the case is bent so you cant put in an optical disc, and the screen is all green, black, and purple when it turns on at all.
