So with iOS 9 and all of the previous iOS versions you could enable Mail and Messages to show you a banner alert on the lock screen, but hide the message content. With iOS 10, it seems that if you had that option enabled, e-mail simply doesn't appear in your lock screen at all.

Anybody know if we can still have the notification without seeing the content? I use work e-mail on my phone which is why it's potentially useful.

(iOS 10 has been great, but the new notification center and widgets are driving me bonkers).
