Mail app and Outlook archive folder

Hi all, I have 2 mail accounts in the mail app, Outlook and gmail. Recently I have noticed that in the outlook acc the archive folder in the mail app isn't the same as the native in Outlook. For instance if I archive a email with the mail app it stores it in the archive folder which is different to the native archive folder in outlook.

Dos anyone know how to solve this?
