Mail app completely broken today??

Fresh DFU install of 14.7.1 on a brand new phone. The mail app has been working fine until today. Now nothing will load, checking takes forever, just general disaster. Reinstalling app didn’t help. Is something wrong on Gmail’s end? Anyone else seeing problems today?

Nobody else uses Gmail in their stock mail app apparently.

No problems here. I use Gmail in both my mail app and gmail app.

Working like a charm, synchro of Gmail mails every 15 minutes

It went back to normal all on its own after a full day of total garbage. Maybe there was a problem in Googleville.
