Mail.app creates new archive folder for exchange account

Hello.
i noticed that mail.app is creating a new folder for my work mail address and I can’t change it delete it because it’s an exchange address.
now if I archive mails on Mac they are in archive, on Windows they are in archiv.
is there anything I can do about that?
