iPhone Mail app "flickering" on swipe left/right

Anyone else have this strange bug whereby my mail app on my 7+ iOS 11.02 (happened on 11 and 11.01 as well), it flickering and jumping about on swipe left/right delete/unread etc?

It's really strange and horrible to see and use?

I don’t see any flickering on my 7+ running iOS 11.0.2.

mmmm strange is not all the time though as well, it's as if you haven't reached the side for it to bounce and it comes back.
