Mail App & Gmail Archiving

Hi everyone. I'm using Gmail and every time I archive a message, it goes away, pops up, then goes away again. Sometimes it stays for a bit too long before going away and I end up archiving another message as well. This started with either the 4th or 5th public beta and has persisted with the GM. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Can someone please tell me if they also have this issue? I'm trying to figure out if it's a Gmail issue or an issue with the Mail app. Thanks.
