Mail App No Longer Showing Junk Folders

I have 3 email accounts I've added to the Mail App and for some reason, the Junk Folders never appear even though I know there is junk mail currently in the Junk Mail folder for each of the respective accounts. The two accounts impacted by this are outlook.com email accounts. I do recall they used to show up but I'm wondering if perhaps since i've setup my new macbook there's a setting somewhere I've missed?

I added them to Mail using the Exchange option when it asks you for the type of account you're adding. Any help would be appreciated.
