I have jailbroke my 3G/3GS several times over the last couple years without any major issues. Several months ago, I jailbroke my girlfriends 3GS. She noticed shortly after the jailbreak, an issue that has continued to happen even after several more complete restores and jailbreaks from a "new phone". I thought I had it fixed after the last jailbreak a couple months ago, but it just happen again to her.
When she tries to open the mail app, the screen goes black and only shows the grey header. Close it, open it, no changes, just the header. The only way to recover, is to turn the phone off and back on. I didn't get a chance to just respring the phone. In the past, turning it off fixes it for at least a week or two before it does it again.
The only things I currently have on her phone from cydia are, SBSettings, Winterboard (nothing being used on it right now) and lockinfo (app, clockhide & Dim delay)
Has anyone had this issue before? Thoughts or advise?
