Mail app quitting a few seconds after launch (Sierra)

I upgraded to Sierra a few days ago, and initially, it was fine. Everything seemed to be working.

Yesterday, the Mail app quit unexpectedly and upon relaunching, will not stay open for more than a few seconds.

Anyone else have this problem? And does anyone have a solution?

I have the same problem.
I've tried to delete the account and the Mail folders but when I restart the app, after few minutes it crashes again.
