With the last update for iOS 18 and every iOS 26, all the mail sorting rules I put in macOS do not work on my iPhone any more. I can manually move emails to folders. Even now When I create filters within Gmail directly, all mail still shows in my inbox on phone and Mac regardless if it’s physically in a folder on Gmail. I never had this issue for years until the final iOS 18 update. Any suggestions?

The client isn’t the issue. It’s an Apple issue since it always worked until the last ios18 update and ios26.
