iPhone Mail App Wont Push Notifications or Fetch Without Opening

I have mail settings to Fetch Automatically, however when I get emails, it would will Fetch them when I open the app. Then I get the notification banners and all of that.

This is the standard iOS Mal app ... What am I missing? It is fetching emails from my website email, but not sure that makes a difference ?? Since it works fine when I open the app.

I faced a problem 7 years ago that has not been solved yet. I use Icloud mail, and I don't get push notifications. I rebooted my phone, logged out and logged in to my Apple ID, and turned off syncing and push. Support from senior specialists does not help. They promise a callback and everything is useless. Until I log in to the mail app and pull the screen down to update, new emails won't load.
Let's write down in private messages and together send a complaint to the Apple.

Many of us have had nothing but problems with Mail and have actually decided to switch a 3rd party mail, maybe you should consider doing the same if these issues keep happening with you.
