Mail attachment bug and Text contact names

Has anyone noticed that when you get a pic attachment in an email it loads then disappears instantly, and you can't 'download' it again when you click on the attachment download. You have to shut the app off, then re-open Mail again. Really annoying. Only since ios9 has this pain happened.

Also, am on a 5S, the guy in the Apple store told me the number showing up without the contact name on texts when you get alert through had been put right on last update. I'm still getting this problem, amongst others. Just me?

Sidenote, can you not get landscape back/album covers in Music player anymore. Was much better,

Forgot to add... Some new unopened mail opens sometimes half way down the page or even at the bottom of the email. Plus intermittent silence on texts beeps and email swoosh. Doesn't always work. Basically. iOS 8 would be most welcome at this point in time, and not only so my iTunes works with it too but because there are a load of things wrong with it that I feel I'm not the only one with these problems.

Something else. If I don't answer a call it ends with the call failed window and the pop up to use wifi calls. Why?

Can anyone please verify if these problems I'm experiencing are alien to me or if they're known flaws. For me it's the most buggy iOS I've had in over 5 years
