Hi all,

I have a MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.

Recently, there have been instances in which Mail begins to lag severely. I have noticed this at least twice in the past two weeks. I look at Activity Monitor & it's clear to see that Mail is using most of the CPU power of the Mac. I have included a screenshot of this.

Could anyone advise me on how to remedy this?

Thank you!

I have a bunch of accounts set up including one Exchange account. Do you know why your Exchange account cause problems? Is it due to the integration between the organisation's mail server and the Mail application?
