Does anyone has this problem:

Installed Big Sur 11.0.1 as a clean install on my MacBook 12" (2016).

When configure the setup everything works, I could open Mail, and was able to send and receive mail. Now the Mail-app opens, but there is no single window. I can only close by force. I tried to delete mail-accounts, delete .plist and reinstall Big Sur again.

Anyone has a solution or do I have to wait for the final release next week? I doubt that will be a solution, since this is a common problem, but after months of beta's and testing, can't imaging it is still not fixed.

I have the same problem, in my case after migrating from an older machine to a newer one with Big Sur installed. Instead of finding my old accounts info (which I thought would have transferred along) Mail asks which services I want (in my case both icloud and google, but selected icloud to get started), then get a dialog which parts of iclouds I want (all of it of course but odd that it asks this when dealing with mail, the rest could have been set up in preferences app) , but if I then click to proceed I can see that the colour of the button changes (depressed), and then the whole app hangs. All I can do is force quit mail to get rid of it....

I am seeing random crashes on Big Sur as well, doesn't seem to be any specific trigger, using three accounts. iCloud, gmail and provider pop account. First version in a long time I have seen really bad issues with Mail.

Hi are there any known ways to address this problem? Today, spontaneously, I am experiencing the issue.
