I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but anytime I get an email from Apple, it is immediately sent to my trash on iCloud. I've setup countless rules on both iCloud and on my Mac to ensure that Apple goes to an "Apple" folder on my iCloud email but no matter what I do, those rules get ignored.

It doesn't matter if it's a purchase receipt, subscription renewal, tracking notification for shipments or any other type of email from Apple. The server just sends it right to the trash. I've even marked all of these emails as VIP's in my contacts so they get top priority but none of it works.

Even with Spam Sieve marking these emails as good, they still get sent to trash automatically. I'm at a loss...

What a very strange and puzzling problem. My apologies that I do not have anything useful to say but feel an urge to make a quip that perhaps Apple has self esteem issues.
