my mail goes to junk ? How may I correct this?

Could be an active spam filter on your e-mail providers server. Outlook.com does for example use a spam filter that can't easily be disabled. One workaround that works for most mails providers are to add the people you do not want to get in the spam box to your contact list on the mail server (not your local contact list).
