Mail, inline images are not in sent folder

If I send an email with inline images and later open mail and pull up the email the images are not there. as in gone. If I go look at the same sent mail, because my provider is gmail, via a web browser or on my iPhone the inline image is there.

every email I send this way sends correctly but the version in my sent folder is not correct, ideas?

Most email attached over 10MB is block by most ISPs email servers!

OP says the images show on the emails in the Sent folder on both iPhone and Gmail webmail page.

OP: Is this the only email account that you have in Mail?
