Mail issue ML

Is anyone else getting this? I just noticed it in a few emails I received from different people.

That appears to be an encoding issue. If you go to Message (in the menu bar)->Text Encoding, is it set to automatic? If so, the other thing you may want to try is rebuilding your mailboxes.

It's set to automatic. I will try rebuilding and see if that works. Thanks
