Mail Issue

It seems now that whenever my iPhone gets my email and then I try using Outlook Express on my PC, my computer keeps asking me for my logon password. I put in the correct password and it asks for it again and and again. The only way to make it work is by restarting my computer. Anyone else have this issue? Is the issue my iPhone or the fact that I have another device besides my main computer accessing my email? How do I fix it?

Well that's the thing, is it a Windows XP Pro issue or is the iPhone the issue? Because this only happens after my iPhone gets my email.

I believe it has something to do with the iPhone and Windows/Outlook communicating. I have little experience with Windows so I'm very sorry that I cannot help here.

I just tried something that so far seems to have worked, I deleted my email account info in Outlook Express and set it up all over again.
