Mail keeps crashing 10.11.1

I have the public beta, but it keeps crashing my mail. The error is below, I have tried rebuilding my inbox but it still crashes.

x*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: 'Wrong mailbox selected on connection, should be INBOX but is (null)'

I'm not having that crash, but when I have mail running my hard disk fills up completely and becomes unusable. Anyone else having that problem?

Delete the account then add back. You might need to set the Drafts, Sent, Junk, trash folders using the Mailbox > Use this mailbox as option.
