I get a Dilbert comic in my e mail every day, but lately, OS X mail marks it as junk every day. Each day I hit the "not junk" button, but the program doesn't learn. This is really odd, since the program used to recognize the e mail as not junk, and since I also get another comic that there are no problems with.

Can anyone help me? Why can't mail learn to recognize this daily e mail as "not junk"?

While I can't help you there, I've noticed Mail marks every single email from my mum as junk. It's kinda funny really.

QCassidy352, do this:

Mail > Preferences > Rules > Add Rule

Set up an appropriate rule given the new rule options.

Or go to the Mail menu and switch the Junk mail to "Training" tell it the email is not junk and then switch it back to automatic.
