For over a year now my mail never works in my iMac with Yosemite. On my ipad and galaxy S3 phone it always works and they keep up with each other when I delete or send e-mails. My iMac never deletes the e-mails I tell it to delete as they always come back no matter how many times I will delete them.

Anyone have a solution to keep my iMac mail the same as my phone and iPad mail? Sick of my deleted e-mails always coming back.

Have you tried a 3rd party email service instead of using the native mail app (assuming your using the native mail app).

No, I usually just use my phone and iPad. I've just been wanting to use the native mail app as it would make some things easier.
