iPhone Mail notifications issue

Wonder if this is expected behaviour...

I get a notification of an new mail on my lock screen

I though that I could then tap home to unlock , and then 3D Touch the Notification to interact with it.

But what happens is when I touch home to unlock, the notifications just disappear. I can get them back by swiping down to see “older notifications”... but they’ve literally just arrived!

Any idea?

No it only happens with mail notifications. With messages, whatsapp, calendars etc when I tap to unlock the notifications stay there so I can interact with them but any mail ones just disappear :-/

Interesting. I use Spark so I can’t replicate from my end. Sorry I can’t be more help.

Turned out that resetting all settings fixed this issue
