Mail on MacBook Air M1 blank message

Hi all,

Hoping someone has a solution.

So occasionally when I receive and email, it comes though on my iPhone (Mail app) ok, but then when I view it on my MacBook, it's a blank message with maybe just an image from the signature.

Any ideas?
