Resolved Mail privacy more aggressive in 18.2?

Updated to the PB of 18.2 and looking at Mail almost every email is displaying ""Your Network setting prevent content from loading privately."

I do have "Protect Mail Activity" toggled on in Mail > Privacy Protection, however I had that set up under previous iOS versions and it was nowhere near as agressive about hiding images in third party emails.

Does anyone know what has changed?

Not sure as I've always blocked images, so...

Settings > Mail > Load Remote Images is toggled off?

Looks like that is the culprit.
I'm pretty sure I had that switch "on" prior to 18.2...

Sorry for this dumb question but I can't see this switch in either mail settings or MacOS settings. Could you please let me know?

On Mac it's Mail > Settings > Privacy > Block all remote content

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought but it's unchecked. Maybe I'll restart the Mail application

A reboot fixed the problem...
