Hi, I am having some difficulties with Mail. For some reason, it locksup whenever I launch it. That is, immediately after I begin the program the interface will appear but no emails will be download nor will any previous ones appear; it will merely go into a loop/lockup/freeze and I have to force quit. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hmm... What system are you running?
Maybe try deleting the preferences - com.apple.mail.plist or something to that effect.

I had the same problem...
I had the same problem, yes deleting the preferences solves the problem but creates unnecessary hastle if you have more than one account to have to re-enter once its up and running again.
