MAIL PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP

I would really like to use my mail app to send photos via e-mail but i don't know how to set it up can anyone please help me with this problem.
I'm running on 10.3.any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simply drag your photos into the message that you want to send. It is that simple.

A word to the wise: some ISPs have capacity limitations. These are usually something like 4 MB, though many ISPs have raised their limits. My point is that if your message including attachments exceeds your friends' capacity limit, everything sent to them after that will bounce until they download your mail. Be considerate.
 
thats why i want to use my mail account to send photos,it gives you the chance to shrink them but its not just that i want to use my mail account,
