After emptying the trash within Mail, it says that I still have one in there. Yet looking in the trash there is not a single email within it.

I've tried resetting my Mac but it remains the same.

Btw, I am using a POP account.

Any ideas? :)

Would you be able to post a screen shot? Could it be a junk email? Also, how did you reset your Mac? :)

I just deleted my trash emails and it came up with zero left over, as it should. That's on a POP3 account, what's yours?

I'm pretty sure its not junk and I restarted via the Apple menu.
