Mail rules

Hi,

I am a Mac newbie and trying to figure out an efficient way to setup rules with multiple email accounts in my Mail app.

Example:

Two email accounts set up in Mail app - abc@mac.com and xyz@gmail.com

I want to setup a rule which pulls all emails from senders "John@gmail.com" and "Jane@gmail.com" in mailbox "abc@mac.com". I don't want the rule to apply on xyz@gmail.com.

I noticed the "all" option and From "account" but my concern is if I have multiple people, can I use the same rule(like in outlook) or do I need to duplicate the rule for each person(just seems redundant)

You might be better off using "Smart Mailboxes" instead. See the following Apple KB article.
