Has anyone found this? Essentially the scroll bar always appears at the bottom. So I have to scroll all the way up to see my latest emails?

I have not seen this problem. But try hitting the HOME BUTTON while trying to resolve it. The END BUTTON takes you to the bottom. Maybe it just remembers where you left off.

Previously, new mail would automatically show at the top for me. With Yosemite, it is now showing at the bottom, which i don't like. Unless I missed a setting somewhere, I don't see a way to change how it displays.

Screenshots of Mail on Apple.com show the typical "Sory By" drop down directly above the message listing. It may just be a temporary oversight.

So far, Mail seems to be the least polished of the default apps.

Thanks for the reply. I can't believe I looked several times before and didn't see it, when it was right in front of me. lol Duh. Must have been going too fast.

I have the same issue.

On the plus side, you can click on the bar at the top of the list to get straight to the top - but it still needs fixing. I've submitted a feedback report.

iCloud message causes problem

Had the same problem -- apparently there was a separate iCloud account message ("Welcome to iCloud") that was loading for an instant before my Exchange account loaded. Searching for "iCloud" in messages, and deleting the message has (at least for now) fixed the scrolling problem.

Yes, I regularly have this issue.. beta 5.

To be honest, Mail in Yosemite has been so terrible, that I've resorted to using Gmail's web app. It's horrendously sluggish.
