I've tried to decode the various Mail Header X codes and values to filter out the garbage that I do not want to see. I've used Mail for 20 years or more, and the Spammers are wasting my time, space on my Mac, etc.
Is there any reasonable method to filtering out all the crap?
I currently have my Junk settings thusly:

... with over 50 rules for specific domains, topics, etc. to try to either Delete Message without ever seeing it or when there is a chance I may not have the rule tuned just right, I'll put it in the trash and check it later.
I've looked for specifics on what the X-ICloud-Spam-Score and X-Proofpoint-Spam-Details labels mean and how they can be tested or used to further weed out the really unwanted stuff... dating sites, porn, ed adds, buy a home, buy insurance, etc. but have not found anything other than general Spam and Junk mail filtering articles.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions y'all might have.

Is there a reason you aren't using a spam filter such as SpamSieve? I finally gave up setting up rules as there were just too many of them - too difficult to maintain. Takes a bit of work setting up initially as you train it, but then works like a charm.
