Mail Trash and Big Sur

I have a 27" desktop (late 2015). I installed Big Sur the second day it was released and have noticed a problem with trashed messages. If I delete a message from iCloud mail it goes into the trash for iCloud. If I delete a message from my primary mail service (FUSE from Cincinnati Bell) the message deletes completely. I have the box checked in my Mail Preferences to send deleted mail to the trash.

Anybody else seeing this?

I've had this problem and found this solution:

In the side bar, float the pointer/arrow over the word favourites at the top, above 'All Inboxes". you will see a + sign. Click and then it will prompt you to add a folder to favourites. Add the All Junk and All Bin, if you have multiple accounts.
