Mail Vip's (how to enable)

1) Has anyone found a quick button combo (in the keyboard) for Reader in Safari?..... Reader is placed far in top right of Safari and i dont want to scroll up there and hit it...

2) An you can see in the picture there is a new Vip section in mailbox. How do i enable it cause in my email app there isnt....?
