Mails on iPhone/iPad and MBP

I will reformulate my previous question visited 414 times but no answer!
If I open my mails first on iPad/iPhone they will NOT open in my inbox of MBP.
How comes?
Secondly, I have many more mails on iPad/iPhone and very very few on iCloud Inbox on MBP. How comes?

This is just a guess, but you could be deleting the mail off your server when you check on your iPad/iPhone. If you want to check

Mail.app---> Preferences---> Accounts---->Advanced----> See if "Remove copy from server...." is checked

Sorry I did not come earlier but was not available.
I checked your path but do not have Mail.app---> Preferences---> Accounts---->Advanced----> See if "Remove copy from server
I am using OS X Lion 10.7.4
Nevermind, I gave up with mac.com and suscribed to Yahoo.mail.
No more problems at least I hope so.
