I'm the developer of MailTrackerBlocker.
While not exactly an app per se, it is an email tracker, read receipt and spy pixel blocker plugin for macOS Apple Mail. Similar to other spy pixel blockers for Chrome extensions for Gmail, it blocks embedded trackers that can track how often, when and where you open your emails. Disabling "load remote content in messages" not needed anymore. I made this originally for myself but I hope some here will find it useful too (am I the only one who uses the default Mail client???).
Requirements: Mail on macOS 10.11 - 11.0.
